The October edition of the monthly Arterial Network CatchUp will deal with the topic " Art as a Social Commentary". For ages, art has been a force for social change without necessarily intending to be so. The artist by nature is not content to wholly accept things as they are. They provoke, question, prod... slowing down the manufacturing of consent that much politics depend on. Come and interact with artists who have developed their habit of thinking, responding, imagining, creating and re-creating to impact their surroundings.
