In Ahogggbohouè, a popular district of Cotonou in Benin, the legislative elections of April 2015 constitute the opportunity to prevent the Head of State from revising the constitution to run for a third term. The attempted arrest of an opposition deputy the day after the proclamation of the results set fire to the powder in Cotonou, the economic capital.
For 24 hours, a breeze of revolution blew over the country. Ahogggbohouè hosted the ultimate confrontation between the police and the population.
