Tunis-Carthage airport. Lotfi, a forty-year-old Tunisian emaciated and frail, arrives from Paris, as hunted by an unspeakable evil. If she plunges him right back into the universe he is looking for, his first encounter with a childhood friend does not tear him away from his weariness; the taxi driver takes him to the neighborhood they are from: La Goulette. The happiness of reuniting with his family is mitigated by the anxiety that provokes his weakness. Refusing compassion, Lotfi starts on the tracks of his youth: faces, places, noises, lights... His wandering reveals in fragments what noise inside this man resigned to silence.
