Sa'a, a city created by the Germans at the beginning of the 20th century, then occupied by the French, has most of the buildings left by the settlers in an advanced state of decay, and some in ruins. This gives the city a ghostly appearance. Why the local population heir to these colonial buildings, does not reappropriate this architectural heritage?
