Through the cry of young Algerians living in renunciation, Haçla (the fence) tries to give to see and to hear, in the labyrinth of impasses that constitutes the city of Algiers and its surroundings, a blocked society, closed in on itself, where the framework of speech becomes the only space of individual freedom.
