Mataba goes to pick up his 12-year-old son at a football pitch. He has just bought him a soccer ball. As they head home, they run into a group of young people (comrades) who look at Mataba suspiciously. And afterwards when he arrives home, the old lady living across from him observes at him as well. Her look is even more embarrassing. She knows something. Late at night Imbazo's men, a group of Black men working as contract killers for the government, come for Mataba. Tonono finds out that his father had lied to him. He had promised his son that he had stopped killing Black people, even if it meant that he was no longer able to take care of Tonono. Despite Tonono's pleas, Mataba goes to work. While he is on the killing fields, he meets a 4-year-old boy whose mother has just been killed. The child's look of fright and innocence reach Mataba. For the first time, he is touched by the real impact of his activities. He decides on spot to put an end to it. When he is about to stop with his son, the comrades arrive. They stop him, throw a tire around his neck. Gas is poured over him, a match is lit, then...
