They are between fifteen and twenty years old, live in Africa, and, like thousands of others, they love soccer passionately. When their talent distinguishes them from other players, they become the preferred target of foreign scouts mandated by European teams. Omar Daf is one of these young footballers. The director followed step by step the work of a Belgian recruiter, Karel Brokken, from Omar's discovery in a Dakar suburb to his transfer to Europe to a club in Antwerp. This documentary describes the recruitment circuit, its methods, and through Omar, shows the different experiences of those who, before him, have accomplished, successfully or not, this journey.
