In a film which is halfway between corporate movie and documentary, N'Diagne Adechoubou talks about the port authority of Cotonou, in Benin, and its outlets on Western en Central Africa. The movies emphasizes on how the port flourishes, on the dynamism of its leaders and on the cooperation between the North and the South. As he follows a ship from Europe to Cotonou, he shows it loading, unloading and transporting merchandise in isolated African countries and collects accounts from partners of the port about its competitiveness.
