In France, in the suburbs "ghettoes" of Paris. The eviction letter just brought about a general outcry among "Tastes of the world". "Tastes of the world" is a french association aiming at gathering people by sharing cooking know-hows. In fact, it is just a tiny place where women can chill out and escape from their family duties few hours a day.
Big, fat, Africa-originated woman -Diminga, directs "Savour of the world". She is a true social parasite, a liar, domineering but so endearing woman. She suggests to counter-attack to get back to the association room. Her solution is to ruin the Mayor visit. Proud of her success, Diminga who is pushed by her enthousiasm, declares herself candidate to next city election in front of cameras.
