AK Films is a Kampala based film production firm that was founded by fast-rising Uganda film actor, director, producer and screenwriter, Abasi Kayongo. Since 2008, the production house has churned out a series of local success stories such as the 2008 feature film Ntabudwa (I 'm Confused); Laki Bakikola (Why Did They Do It?) in 2010; Rituals of the Cannibals; Sanyu Teriberera (2008); Mutazindwa (The Bloody Cave) in 2011 and Nnonya Magezi (Searching for Wisdom) in 2012.
