African winners at International Short Film Festival Oberhausen, Germany

Two African short films, Atrophy and Kengere, won awards at the recent International Short Film Festival Oberhausen, Germany which screened 470 films in total.

Atrophy was directed by South African Palesa Shongwe and Kengere by Uganda's Peter Tukei Muhumuza.
