Capacity Building is one of the key areas identified for intervention by founding members of Arterial Network. With the intention to develop a professionalized arts sector, Arterial Network has, over the years, identified gaps in the sector were cultural operators could benefit from additional skills development. Arterial Network has developed best practise modules that have been used across Africa as guidelines for training workshops and individual professional development and are freely available for download on our resources page.
