Kwaw Ansah's latest movie, ‘Praising The Lord Plus One', which was premiered throughout the 10 regions in the last quarter of 2014 has become the talk of town pepping up public interest for re-premiering.
The management of the movie has accordingly scheduled that the movie would be re-premiered in a single screening event at the National Theatre in Accra on Good Friday, April 18, 2014 at 7:00pm. ‘Praising The Lord Plus One' is a movie rich in suspense, humour, intrigue and interwoven with twist and turns to keep a fatigued viewer glued to the television.
The movie tells a story relevant to contemporary prevailing situation in the country where many unsuspecting people end up being duped by con personalities or creating hatred among people as a result of what has is popularly referred to as divine direction.
In the movie, Ekow Smith Asante who has been going through hard financial times finds solace in presenting himself with an agenda to dupe unsuspected couples in dire need of a child or some other breakthrough to success.
Since evil can never prevail over wickedness, the fake prophet Ekow Smith Asante and his accomplice are flushed out. Other characters in the movie are Adjetey Annang, Ama K. Abebresse and Anima Misa.
