TNM, a premier mobile network operator in Malawi, has sponsored Ghanaian-born but US-based jazz artist Steve Bedi to perform at Cape Maclear Tourism Investors Forum staring June 20.


Bedi also a UNAIDS Goodwill Ambassodor is in the country and has already started perfoming and participating in the social corporate responsibility.



According to TNM Head of Marketing, Sobhuza Ngwenya, his company is proud to partner stakeholders at the tourism investment summit by facilitating top quality entertainment to be provided by the acclaimed international jazz man.



"Our support and involvement in this form demonstrates TNM's commitment in contributing towards government efforts of developing tourism sector in the country," he said.



In his remarks, Bedi expressed excitement to partner with TNM in promoting investment and tourism development.



"I am optimistic that my performance will inspire and fire-up delegates to the forum to translate their plans into action for the good of the country's economy and Africa as a destination," he said.



Bedi was also interested of the proposed landmark world-class hospital resort which the country is expected to build.



He said he has strong conviction that the project shall be a great success and that soon he will come back to Malawi to participate in the launch of the trend-setting resort.
