Boutique Mahali, meaning "Boutique Place" in Swahili, is a contemporary African fashion brand that is founded and lead by female entrepreneur, Charity. She built the company on the belief that there is a market for a home-grown, affordable african fashion brand. Known for stocking unique, vibrant and high-quality African-print fabrics from East & West Africa, Soko teamed up with Charity and the talented team at Boutique Mahali to create an exclusive tailor-made fabric jewelry collection using the traditional cotton Kikoy fabric produced in Kenya. Boutique Mahali also works with other micro-enterprises, supporting programs that train women and girls at skilled labor, as part of their social responsibility program.
