Pan-African Film and Television Fund (FPCA)

The Pan-African Film and Television Fund (FPCA) project was inspired by an ideal long cherished by African filmmakers: to give the African film industry an independent source of funding for its development.

Artistic sponsor of the FPCA for 2012: Senegalese filmmaker Moussa Touré, director of "La Pirogue", which featured in the official selection "Un Certain Regard", 65th Cannes International Film Festival.

Birth of the FPCA project at the Cannes 2010 International Film Festival.
