Boubacar SANGARE is the director of the fiction "Au nom de l'amour" (2012) and the documentary "Dieu veille sur les vigiles (2013). He codirected AN AFRICAN REVOLUTION, les dix jours qui ont fait chuter Blaise Compaoré, along with Gideon Vink (2015).
It sold more than 10,000 tickets in Burkina Faso and was selected in more than forty festivals around the world.

Or de vie, the first feature film he directed alone, has been awarded the'Aide aux cinémas du monde'.

Djéliya, memory of Manding follows the same cinematographic approach, with a poetic narrative that celebrates Africa and its youth.
