Born in Bogotá in 1984, Camila was first noticed for her work as a video maker and for her experimental films such as "Le Soleil Brille" (2007), "La Mala Hija" (2010). She then left her country and joined the Ecole Supérieure d'Arts de Paris-Cergy. Her first short fiction film, "Pedro Malheur" (2013) won a special mention from the Jury at the Clermont-Ferrand festival in 2014. "John Marr" (2016), her second short film, is financed, produced and directed by
