French Historian, Filmmaker, researcher-iconographer and Archive Producer.

Born in 81, near Paris (France), a historian and documentary filmmaker by training, Caroline BLACHE is on the lookout for the noises of the world and an erudite image tracker. Mainly a researcher-iconographer for more than 15 years, she supports filmmakers, artists and museographers in the design of their audiovisual projects which combine archive images and story(s). She also participated in the writing and production of documentary projects.
In 2016, at the instigation of Bachibouzouk, she wrote a series of short documentaries entitled "Noire Amérique" ("Black America") ​​broadcast on Arte, co-directed with Florent de la Tullaye.
She has been teaching her know-how since 2017 at the Paris-Saclay University and at Ina.
