A professional decorative artist for 18 years, Caroline had a yearning to connect with her creativity on a deeper level. This led to her developing unique and transformative workshops for women, which she facilitates with her sister. "Painting from the Source" is one of the main features of these workshops. Her own art is an expression of this spontaneous emerging art form, free from mental interference. "I just start putting paint, and whatever other medium I am drawn to, on the canvas...eventually, the painting starts to reveal itself. I just go with the flow. I never know what's going to emerge!"
