Frankie Joe Rukundo was born on  february  22nd 1981 and raised in Kampala ,Uganda 

He started singing as a street performer in kampla, uganda.
He later moved back to Rwanda in 2002 to finish high school.
He later joined The University of Rwanda in 2004 to pursue a degree in Financial Management.
Ever since he decided to do music on a professional level , with the help of Robert Kamanzi , a renown east african record producer Frankie joe has enjoyed the successes of very many hits Including Kipenda Roho, which he recorded along side Burundi's Kidumu, Bubbley Bubbley, Alive to Love, Umusonga , Diamond Girl, and many more....
Frankie Joe's style is a perfect blend of smooth Rnb Grooves fused with a Caribean dance hall groove which make the combination of the two impeccable.
Having grown in Uganda and gone to different east african countries , Frankie joe also sings perfect Luganda, swahilli.
