Batale Fred is a founder of Disability art Project Uganda that is a community of people with disabilities who come together with the aim of empowering fellow PWDs through art and design as a social tool to move them off streets and improve standards of living.
He is the resource centre assistant of 32° East | Ugandan Arts Trust where he has worked since 2013 to date. Batale graduated in 2013 with A Bachelors of Industrial and Fine Arts from Margaret Trowel School of Industrial and Fine Arts, prior to this during his University vacation, he volunteered with Uganda Museum department of ethnography and resource centre where he obtained experiences in archives.
