Jean-Loup VIVIER is a French barrister. He lived and worked in French overseas territories (New Caledonia, French Guyana, Reunion Island) and Africa (Burkina Faso, Togo, Benin) during 25 years. He also joined experts teams for UE and UNDP. He published nine books.
