British film finance expert, Mike Kelly was part of the management team that turned the monolithic former ITV franchise holder Thames Television PLC into a leading independent producer. He has been Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of AOL Time Warner. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President and CFO of America Online Inc. Mike Kelly presented a master class on film financing fundamentals for registered delegates during the Durban FilmMart 2010 (South Africa).
