Born in Senegal in 1957
Graduated from the Business School ESSEC in 1980, he began his professional career in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the commercial, cultural or consular sections of various diplomatic representation of France in South Korea Mozambique, Zimbabwe, United States (Houston and then to the United Nations in New York), Lebanon and Jordan, as well as the Quai d'Orsay in Paris.
After 15 years of diplomatic career, he chose to devote himself to his passion, film, becoming a member of the Directorate of European and International Affairs of the CNC (Centre National de la Cinématographie), before collaborating more closely with several organizing teams of international film festivals in France and abroad: Festival de Cannes, Quinzaine des Réalisateurs, FIPA Biarritz, Toronto International Film Festival, Festival International du film de La Rochelle, Paris Cinéma. He is at the head of the general management of the association LES 3 CONTINENTS that is in charge of the organization of the FESTIVAL DES 3 CONTINENTS in Nantes, since March 2008.
