Rokhaya Mariéme BALDÉ is a film director and Screenwriter.

Born in 1995 in Dakar (Senegal), from Ziguinchor (South).
She started her studies at Sup Imax Dakar (Institut Supérieur des Arts et Métiers du Numérique) in 2017. After a year of study in China and a year of study in political science at the University of Montreal, she finished her Bachelor's degree in filmmaking at the HEAD in Geneva (Haute école d'art et de design) in 2020. She is now starting the ECAL/HEAD Master's degree in screenwriting.

She directed "Champs de mars" in 2019 and "À la recherche d'Aline - Seeking Aline", Best Short Award at 2021 IndieLisboa (Portugal).
