Selim Gribaa is a Tunisian filmmaker who also teaches video and photography at the Higher Institute of Fine Arts in Tunisia. Gribaa started his own production company, Intage Production, in 2010 and in 2012, he self-financed and directed his first documentary, "A Feather in the Wind". "The Purple House" (2014) is his first short film. The short narrative won the Audience Award at Green Caravan Film Festival (London), the Baobab Award for Best Short Film at Film Africa, in Londres, and an A Special Mention at 15th Festival Lumières d'Afrique 2015 (Besançon, France). "The Purple House" was selected in Lausanne, Sousse, and 3rd Nuits du court métrage tunisien (Paris) after a World Premiere in Tunis at the 3rd Rencontre Annuelle des Réalisateurs de Films Tunisiens (RAFT 2015).
