Jennifer Sharp (Director)

An experienced industry professional and former actress, Jennifer Sharp has worked her way through the ranks as boom operator, assistant director, producer, editor, and director. Since earning her BFA from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts. She has written, directed, edited, and produced two films (Waiting, 24 min.; and Boxed, 12 min.), a spec commercial, and a live-feed three-camera choir performance. Production credits include freelancing with Dove Productions, sales for Cine South de Mexico (negotiating budgets and contracts with American production companies seeking to shoot in Mexico), and The National Jet-Set Lottery with the BBC. She single-handedly raised $15,665 for Boxed, and secured $4,465 of in-kind donations, including the Panavision New Filmmaker's award.
