Genevieve "Genny" NNAJI est née le 03 Mai 1979 à Imo State (Nigéria).

Elle est connue pour avoir joué "Victoria" dans Road to Yesterday (2015), "Adaeze" dans Lionheart (2018), "Chinora Onu" dans 30 Days (2006), "Teema" dans The Mirror Boy (2011), "Oma" dans Ijele (1999). Genevieve a joué le rôle principal dans plus de 80 films dont "Keeping Faith", "Two Together", "Rising Sun", et "Blood Sisters" pour citer quelques oeuvres.
Elle a eu plusieurs prix d'interprétations dont l'African Movie Academy Award (AMAA) de la Meilleure Actrice en 2005.
En 2004, la très populaire actrice a sorti son premier album de musique intitulé "No More" (EKB Records, Ghana). En juin 2012, elle devient Ambassadrice de Range Rover Evoque.
En 2018, elle réalise LIONHEART, son premier long métrage (1er film nigérian de Netflix) et où elle tient le premier rôle, aux côtés de Nkem Owoh et Pete Edochie.
