A jurist specialising in International Law. He worked for 2 years (2000-2002) in Rwanda for the NGO Réseau de Citoyens-Justice & Démocratie. He later went on to work for different human rights organisations and for international organisations in the international cooperation sector. Since May 2005, he has been a consultant in Rwanda for the European Union, Belgium and the Netherlands in the area of justice and human rights.

Jurista especializado en Derecho Internacional. Trabajó durante dos años (2000-2002) en Ruanda para la ONG Réseau de Citoyens-Justice & Démocratie. Después trabajó para diferentes organizaciones de derechos humanos y organizaciones internacionales dentro del sector de la cooperación internacional. Desde mayo de 2005 ha sido consultor en Ruanda para la Unión Europea, Bélgica y los Países Bajos dentro del sector de la justicia y de los derechos humanos.
