In Kinshasa, in Kinsangani, inside shops, bars and work-shops walls have their word to say. It is the language of advertisement but also that of history, of mythology and social criticism. Masters of the streets such as Samba, Moke, Syms, Mbuecky and other self-taught painters offer their visions of dream and reality with both humour and malice, sincerely, on both form and content ; an original artistic explosion filmed within its context of social and cultural stir.
