In April 2004, a boat drifted to the east cost of Barbados with 11 dried bodies. Following investigations, the authorities found out the boat came from Senegal and had left four months earlier. The Senegalese director Moussa Sene Absa, lecturing at Errol Barrow Centre for Creative Imagination, decides to go home, alone, armed with his camera and calls upon Senegalese youngsters to speak out their feelings of betrayal by the Abdoulaye Wade government they actually put in power ten years earlier. The film gives evidence on the country so often praised by internationals media for its true and gifted democracy, free of coup d'état, in Africa. Poignant testimonies, a deep moment of cinema and poetry: a cry for love.
