Eleven years after Rwanda's devastating genocide, this film examines the thoughts and experiences of the survivors and torturers of the incident, during the periods before and after the Gacaca tribunals. These unique courts facilitated face-to-face meetings between victims and perpetrators. Emotional scenes reveal some harsh truths that an entire society has to reconcile in order to move forward.
