An ambitious disabled young man is set to become a successful manager of an unknown little soccer team in a remote area in the middle of nowhere.
Michael Marufu is a disabled young man who is passionate about soccer despite his physical stature. He stays with his troublesome uncle (Marufu). Marufu is a no good lazy bustard who is always at loggerheads with Michael and other members of the community. With the dream of making it big in the soccer fraternity, Michael starts a soccer team with a group of cattle head boys. He names his team GOMBA FC (because the pitch is in a valley). Next to the soccer pitch is Marufu's malnutrition crops. When Michael and his team are practicing the cattle wonder into Marufu's field which doesn't go well with Marufu hence the feud. Michael's goal is to have the league champions come and play his team Gomba FC so every week he writes them a letter challenging them to come and play his team. Despite negative responses from colleagues Michael soldiers on.
