Two friends join the Bureau of Detectives under an ambitious government scheme to develop future leaders of the muchmaligned Police Force through recruitment of the best and the brightest at high entry ranks. Detectives Dipo Daniels and Pade Fashinro are immediately placed under pressure to hunt and apprehend a psychotic crime lord who continues to wage a harsh campaign of ruthless attacks across the State.
