The anguish and fear of a girl in Cairo. She has committed perjury. To defend herself from the accusations of her uncle who saw her flirting with a boy on a bridge crossing the Nile, she has told a falsehood after swearing on the Koran. Terrified by the consequences of her sacrilegious gesture, she shuts herself up at home to pray. When her uncle ends up in hospital one day, for the girl, it is a clear sign of divine justice.
