Claimed by many protagonists from the cultural sector in Africa and elsewhere, the creation of an African Fund to support and fund African Arts and Culture has become a necessity. Arterial Network, thanks to the support from its funders, has pledged to create an independent body called "the African Fund for Culture and Arts" (AFCA).

Arterial Network is in the process of designing the members of the AFCA and invites you to suggest one or more names for the following roles:

1. Patrons:
He / she must enjoy a high profile at both the continental and international levels (in the fields of media, business, industry, trade, diplomacy, etc.), and have a real interest towards the arts and culture.

2. Board members
We are looking for renowned artistic and cultural figures (writers, painters, sculptors, musicians, etc.), both at the continental and international levels.

I would be very grateful if you could send your suggestions to me, akessab@arterialnetwork.org, including names and contact details either for the role of Patrons and/or Board members.
