Fanny BASTIEN (Fanny Bastien) is an Actress and Director.

Born in Germany, she went through dance, Circus (Fratellini), Theater.
She began in the cinema with "The cemetery of cars" by Fernando Arabal, then "Dorothée dancer of rope" by Jacques Fansten.
Soon she goes film after film. Fanny Bastien navigates between author films and popular works. She turns, among others, with Pierre Richard, Bernard Giraudeau, Gérard Jugnot, Richard Berry, Michael Lonsdale, Michel Bouquet, Michel Aumont, Gérard Blain, but also: Anthony Quinn, Donald Sutherland, Yurgen Prochnov, Robert Powell, Stephania Sandrelli, Annie Girardot, Macha Meril, Robin Renucci, Mika Kaurismaki, Jacques Doillon, Brahim Tsaki, Edouard Niermance, Olivier Marchal, Dominique Ladoge, Gilles Beat, Patrick Fierry, Charlotte Silvera, Julio Questi, Giacomo Batiato, Fernando Arabal, Juliet Berto, Boris Bergman, Bashung, Jacques Fansten, Geoffroy Thiebaut etc...

Among her AWARDS:
the Romy Schneider Prize 1988 (Paris, France), for the feature "Poussière d'ange" and a Nomination for the César for best female hope for the film "Pinot, simple-flic".

She is co-Founder of the Association des Bâtisseurs de l'Insolite, co-founder of the Unusual Film Festival of Rennes le Château and Tannenbo Productions.
