Born in 1954 in Brussels (Belgium).

André Ceuterick is a qualified teacher in Philosophy, Italian and Italian Literature. Since 1981 he is the head of the Cinema Department of the Hainaut's DAC. He is also journalist and cinema critic and works for several newspapers and radios. In parallel he produces and present Ciné Hebdo on Mons Television. In 1986, he founded the Namur International Francophone Film Festival (FIFF) and was the Artistic Director until 1997. He is now the Artistic Director of the Mons International Love Film Festival (Belgium).
