ENGLISH
Santiago A. Zannou was born in Madrid in 1977 from a Beninese father and an Aragonese mother. He spent his teenage years in Mallorca, and cinema started calling him when his elder brother worked on the musical score of a short feature. He later moved to Barcelona to study at the Catalonian Center of Cinema Studies (CECC). He made two short films before shooting his first feature film.

Santiago A. Zannou nació en Madrid en 1977 de un padre beninés y una madre aragonesa. En la adolescencia vivió en Mallorca. Su vocación por el cine nació cuando su hermano mayor trabajó en la banda sonora de un cortometraje. Luego se fue a Barcelona para estudiar en el Centre d'estudis cinematogràfics de Catalunya (CECC). Ha dirigido dos cortometrajes antes de realizar su primer largometraje.
