Sebastien Onomo is a producer, filmmaker, and screenwriter.
Sebastien was born on September 7th 1986 in Sèvres, Paris. His parents are both from Cameroon.
At 16 years old, he started being passionate about cinema when responding to an ad for a short film. Unfortunately, this opportunity will not lead.
After the obtaining of her literary high school diploma, Onomo attended Paris 3 University, La Sorbonne Nouvelle.
In 2008, he obtained a Modern Literature degree.
At the same time, Sebastien started writing and producing short films starring comedians like Sabrina Ouazani, Cyril Gueï and also Julien Courbey thanks to an association which he created himself: Ensemble Pour Un Autre Regard (EPUAR) which will become a company years later.
In 2008, he joined INA Sup 2nd promotion, where he specialized in producing and graduated in 2010. During his last years of studies, he met Serge Lalou, filmmaker at "Films d'Ici" who will offer him the opportunity and privilege to work together in straight collaboration at the end of his studies.
After a couple of months as a trainee within the Belgian company Entre Chien et Loup, directed by Diana Elbaum and Sebastien Delloye, he joined Les Films d'Ici as a filmmaker at the end of September 2010. He then met Jean-Claude Barny and decided to work with him on his full-length production, Le Gang Des Antillais (released in West Indies - Guyana October 15th 2016 and national release on November 30th 2016).
