Ibrahima Souleymane NDIAYE is a journalist and TV director.

He was Head of Communication (for the Prime Minister), then Director at the Senegal National Television (2009-2011).
Once on retirement, he has been elected President of the Peer Tribunal of the Council for the Observance of Rules of Ethics and Deontology in the Media - Conseil pour l'observation des règles d'éthique et de déontologie dans les médias - CORED, Senegal).
