South Korean Visual Artist and Filmmaker

KIM Sunjha (1983, Seoul, South Korea) was educated in Visual Design and Philosophy at the National University in Seoul. After she graduated she moved to Cologne to continue studying at the Academy of Media Arts. Her videos have since been screened at many international galleries and film festivals, including the 2010 edition of the European Media Art Festival in Osnabrueck.

Sunjha Kim was born in 1983 in Anyang, South Korea. He has been living in Cologne, Germany since 2007. She was educated in Visual Design and Philosophy at the National University in Seoul and graduated from the Academy of Media Art in Cologne. Her videos and artworks have been shown in numerous exhibitions and festivals around the world including the International Film Festival Rotterdam, Images Festival Toronto and European Media Art Festival Osnabrück.

KIM Sunjha (1983, Seoul, Zuid-Korea) volgde een opleiding visueel ontwerpen en filosofie aan de nationale universiteit van Seoul. Nadat ze afstudeerde vervolgde ze haar opleiding aan de academie voor mediakunst in Keulen. Haar video's zijn sindsdien vertoond in vele internationale galleries en filmfestivals, waaronder het European Media Art Festival van Osnabrück in 2010.
