Sarra BRAHAM moved to Montreal to study Arts and Literature at College and Filmmaking at the University of Montreal. She started her career working mainly as a production coordinator and a producer's assistant on Canadian and Quebecer productions. She also wrote and directed short films and competed in the Course des Régions, an event promoting emerging Quebec based artists, where she was selected as one of the semi-finalists. Sarra is now writing her first feature film.

She is the Production coordinator for The AudiovisuElles Days (Festival Journées AudiovisuElles) starting in 2018, in Ottawa, Canada, and established by Djia Mambu (Founder and Executive director).
