German Film Producer.

Verona MEIER is a film producer who works both for Ape&Bjørn in Norway as well as in Germany. She graduated in film production at the University of Television and Film in Munich, studied at NYU`s Tisch School in New York and explored the film industry in Hong Kong before working for Berlin based Razor Film. She has been involved in more than 15 feature films, most of them international co-productions. Prominent among the projects she has been part of are the banned Kenyan film "Rafiki"by Wanuri Kahiu (Cannes 2018), the first film from Saudi-Arabia "Wadjda" by Haifaa Al-Mansour (Venice 2012), "The Future" by Miranda July (Berlinale, Sundance 2011) and Golden Globe winner "Waltz with Bashir" by Ari Folman (Cannes 2008, Oscar Nominee 2009).
Verona is also part of the EAVE network.
