OUR COMPANY

CasaDei Productions, dedicated to the production of documentary and institutional films, was founded in 1994 by Marie Mitterrand and Jean-Baptiste Martin.

Before becoming partners, Jean-Baptiste Martin had a background in acting and sales. Marie Mitterrand holds a business degree and has worked as assistant director on long feature film shoots and as script reader for France's National Center of Cinematography and production companies.

We are involved in all aspects of film production and aim at collaborating with directors who, like us, are concerned with producing excellent work while meeting budgets.

We are constantly on the lookout for new features for TV networks and select projects if we truly feel the actual art team and the film's theme and technical feasibility are a perfect fit.

Our films are extremely diverse (e.g., history, portraits, animals, social issues) and are shot in France and in several other European countries, in North America, in Africa, in the Middle East and Asia.

We believe in educating yet entertaining our audiences, covering current yet enduring topics, and focusing on both content and image quality. All of our films illustrate this belief, as their originality and eclecticism demonstrate.
