South African filmmaker Paulene Abrey has worked in for many years in post-production, on such projects as 90 Plein Street (TV series, 2007), and she is currently involved in the making of shorts and documentaries. She and her partner Luaan Hong run an independent production company, Deep End Films (Johannesburg), for which she is developing two feature films.
