Lubumbashi city will host the 2nd edition of Picha Encounters, dealing with its urban planning, architecture and population in a journey that plunges the viewer into old times through contemporary productions. The event will take place from 13 to 17 October 2010 and present approximately 20 visual artists from Africa and diaspora.
