Gendarme Gokou leads a peaceful life in a village on the border between Ghana and Côte d'Ivoire where he strips every car that passes. But the day he accidentally falls on the car of the Minister of Defence, he is transferred to Abidjan's hottest neighbourhood: Abobo. Faced with having to team up with the illegitimate son of the President of the French Republic, who has been sidelined from sensitive missions, he will have to prove that he is a real gendarme.
