Dounia, works as a volunteer for "SOS Déprimé" where she relieves, by phone, the suffering of people in distress. One night, she receives a call from a stranger! Is it a man in distress? A psychopath? From then on, a terrible confrontation will start between Dounia and the mysterious caller who is harassing her.
